Elliot has all these amazing toys- equipped with music and whistles and lights. They are baby-enticing, made to help him learn and grow. However, he doesn't really care about them. I put him on a blanket in all the only space I can and place all of his toys around him. He ignores them- maybe pushes a couple buttons and then lunges for the couch and pulls himself up to standing! Then, to top it all off, he takes a step and boom! lands on his butt. He is such a little daredevil- rolling across the floor at barely 3 months, lunging for any object he sees as you hold him and just being the tough little guy he is! It's so funny to me- the boy factor. He really does not have any fear! I want to encourage that in him, while at the same time helping him to maintain a sense of reality- he may want to fly, but he really can't! :-)
Here he is when he was supposed to be taking a nap! He is such a stinker, but I love him with so much purity and it's not free will. I literally have to love him, because I can't imagine not.
